Our pieces are thoughtfully and ethically made in the Philippines. Every piece is a gem, crafted in limited quantities with love and attention. As we curate only the best materials, each collection is designed to remain as unique as you are.
We value sustainability by using deadstock fabrics and materials, making each collection even more special. Once a style is released, restocks are unlikely to happen due to the limited and rare nature of the materials we work with, so you can be sure your piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

Always handle with care
Our designs and fabrics are unique and delicate. Please be gentle and treat it with only love and care for a long lasting affair.
Hand wash in cold
For best care, our pieces thrive best through hand wash and gentle spot cleaning.
Wash with like colors only
For long a long lasting affair, we recommend washing this piece separately or with similar colors only to preserve the color of the garment.
Line dry
For proper drying, line dry the garment in a shaded area to preserve its color and prevent fading from sun exposure.
Iron in low heat if needed
As this piece is unique and delicate please only iron or steam in low heat. Excessive heat may damage and scorch the fabric.
Do not bleach
Only care for this piece through gentle cleaning, bleaching will cause
irreversible damage to this piece.
Shipping
We ship all orders via LBC Express to ensure safe and prompt delivery, so you can enjoy your purchase without any worries.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day, while those placed beyond 11:00 AM will be dispatched the following day.

As we are based in the Philippines, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Payment
We accept payments via BPI Bank transfer, BDO Bank transfer, and Gcash only.
Proof of payment must be sent to hello.rareaffair@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Failure to complete payment within this period will result in the automatic cancellation of your order and your item/s will be considered unreserved.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. The item(s) must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging still intact. Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges, both to and from the return address, are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the limited availability of our pieces, exchanges for a different size, color, or style are subject to approval and based on stock availability. If an item is unavailable for exchange, a store credit will be issued. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, for defective or damaged goods.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Once payment has been processed, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
